Currently, Fabienne Guichon-Lindholm’s is general manager at the Ruby Room, Chicago. Prior to the Ruby Room, she served as a consultant for the Elysian Hotel Spa from 2004 to early 2007 and was brought into the Elysian full time to develop the entire spa concept. At the elite spa, she developed exclusive treatments, selected product lines and handled spa operations and management.

In 1999 Lindholm joined Decléor USA as Territory Brand Manager. Responsible for developing and expanding the company’s Midwestern business, Lindholm was promoted to National Director of Education for Decléor and Carita in 2003 and was named Director of Business Development in 2004. Her responsibilities included the development of training and marketing programs to further enhance and grow the Decléor and Carita brands

 Lindholm’s foundation began with 13 years of spa management experience. She managed Mario Tricoci Salon and Spa and the spa at the Hotel Fitz Roy Relais et Chateau in France. Lindholm eventually launched Spa Source ltd., a consultancy agency for resort and day spas. She was responsible for developing training programs for estheticians and massage therapists and the company provided direction for Spa Shiki at The Lodge of the Four Seasons, The Spa at Harpo in Chicago, as well as many others.

Born and educated in France, Fabienne Guichon-Lindholm has worked in the beauty industry for 25 years, earning a CIDESCO International diploma from the International Beauty Therapy Association, as well as a French National Diploma. She holds numerous certifications and licenses including Thai Massage, Reiki Practitioner, Esthetician, Massage Therapist. During her many years in service, she has worked with numerous local and visiting celebrities.
